Outdoors in Spring: Mindfulness and Meditation on the Trail


Enrich your connection to the natural world and calm your spirit through a meditative outdoor walk. Join Rabbi Katy Allen, One Earth Collaborative EcoChaplain and Facilitator, for a series of springtime walks with reflective activities and guided meditations. Bring bug repellent, water bottle, and something to sit on (optional). Those who have registered will be notified if the walk is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollment or challenging weather.

Full Moon Walk

Greenways Conservation Area, Green Way, Wayland

Meet in the parking lot at the bottom of the hill. (75 Green Way for GPS)

Come out in the evening to walk through the woods and across the fields at Greenways Conservation Area in Wayland and down to the Sudbury River as twilight falls and the moon lights our way. Enjoy the outdoors at night without the need for a flashlight. Bring a poem, reading, story, or song to share. All ages are welcome. Rabbi Katy Allen of the One Earth Collaborative will lead the walk. Co-sponsored by Wayland Walks and the Sudbury Valley Trustees.
