Join AMC OutdoorsRx and One Earth Collaborative on this family nature walk on the Carol Getchell Trail to get in touch with the environment in your community. This trail winds along forested banks of the Sudbury River. Cancels for rain. Wear close-toed shoes, layers, and bring water and snacks as needed. An adult must accompany any child. 


Mindfulness and Yoga on the Trail

Enjoy a meditative walk along the Carol Getchell trail with stops for mindfulness exercises and yoga designed to open our senses and our hearts to becoming more fully present to the woods and the river. The walk will be led by Rev. Debbie Clark, Interfaith Coordinator and Yoga Teacher, Open Spirit and Rabbi Katy Allen, Facilitator, One Earth Collaborative, a project of Open Spirit.



Full Moon Walk

Greenways Conservation Area, Green Way, Wayland

Meet in the parking lot at the bottom of the hill.

Enjoy a summer evening walk through the woods and fields and along the Sudbury River as twilight falls and the moon rises. We'll pause to share readings, songs, and reflections about rivers, full moons, and summer evenings, so feel free to bring something along. All ages are welcome. This walk is co-sponsored by the One Earth Collaborative, and will be led by Katy Allen, One Earth Facilitator.
